Update on Strategic Collaboration Discussions with Hyundai Motor Company

April 29, 2026

I would like to share the outcome of a highly productive and meaningful meeting held today at Hyundai Motor Company headquarters with the advanced innovation and sustainable material initiatives for next-generation electric vehicles.

During this meeting, Hyundai Motor Company expressed strong interest and clear strategic intent in Amylum’s technology as a future material solution for EV applications.

We aligned on a structured path forward, including:

  • Formation of a joint project Task Force
  • A 3-year collaboration roadmap, consisting of:
    • Sample Testing
    • Validation Phase
    • Commercial Testing

Notably, Hyundai has indicated a willingness to move immediately into a working-level engagement, reflecting a high degree of commitment and urgency.

Based on the depth of discussion and the level of engagement, it is clear that Hyundai’s interest goes well beyond exploratory evaluation and represents a serious strategic opportunity.

From a strategic standpoint, I intend to prioritize partners who demonstrate both strong alignment and execution commitment.

Accordingly, we will focus our efforts on advancing this collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company and providing full technical and operational support to maximize the outcome of this partnership.
