WE HAVE OUR OWN DESIGNING TECHNOLOGY OF FOAMING EXTRUSION LINE

Unique design of “A-B-A 3 layer co-extrusion foaming line” seamless produces excellent quality foam sheet made of PP, PET, PLA, TPS and engineering plastics

TPS Foam

Amylum's exclusive technology creates 100% biodegradable TPS foam takeout containers. Our unique, production-scale co-extrusion technology produces a non-toxic, three-layer TPS foam sheet, consisting of two outer layers of solid PLA and a middle layer of TPS foam.

This innovative material is suitable for producing a variety of insulated food containers, providing effective thermal insulation for both hot and cold contents. Furthermore, it offers a cost-efficient alternative to Styrofoam, thanks to the use of economically priced starch and the recyclability of production waste.

PP Foam

Amylum's innovative foam extrusion technology produces high quality PP foam to be used for food container application as well as automotive lightweight parts.

In the food packaging sector, Amylum's three-layer co-extrusion foam process creates lightweight PP foam containers that resemble solid PP food containers, distinct from the typical Styrofoam appearance. This advancement positions Amylum to replace existing heavy non-foam PP containers with these lighter, more cost-effective, thermally insulated PP foam alternatives.

In the automotive sector, especially for electric vehicles, Amylum's 100% recyclable PP foam is a game-changer. Its lightweight, cost-effective nature, and high thermal insulation property, make it ideal for electric vehicle parts that demand efficiency and sustainability.
